Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with at least 2 years of recent specialty experience and a valid IN or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care hospital operating room setting
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
• 13-week travel assignment
• Direct care for perioperative surgical patients
• Compliance with facility testing and orientation policies required
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at a reduced rate
• Travelers are required to meet all documentation and credentialing requirements prior to assignment
• Candidates must be prepared for a fast-paced surgical environment

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent operating room nursing experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Must have valid US Social Security Number
• Completion of required EKG testing if applicable
