Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR X-Ray Technologist with 2+ years of recent specialty experience and ARRT(R) certification for a fast-paced operating room environment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a large, rapid-paced operating room department within a hospital setting
- 12-hour night shifts, three days per week
- Floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius is required
- Experience with Epic EMR is preferred, and onsite training is available
- Perform radiologic procedures supporting a busy operating room team
- Must be a team player, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Return perm staff must wait one year before being eligible for a travel position
- Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- Scrub requirements are not specified
- Testing or modules specific to radiology are not mentioned for this role

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in the X-Ray specialty
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- ARRT(R) certification required; ARRT(CT) certification preferred
- NM state license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification from AHA, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross required
- Must have credentials and NM state licensing completed by the first Friday of the traveler's contract
