Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist experienced in MRI/MRA procedures for a transplant and stroke care setting with at least one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a transplant facility and primary stroke center with a heavy MRI/MRA case load
• Schedule consists of 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• One weekend of call required every six weeks
• Position may require floating within facility and to outpatient locations within scope of practice
• Patient population is focused on transplant and stroke cases
• Holiday coverage required based on assignment period
• Travelers who have previously worked in Piedmont facilities as Perm/PRN must wait one full year before returning as travelers
• Travel pairs are not permitted to be assigned the same shift on the same unit
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• No RTO permitted during first week and maximum of 7 days RTO allowed
• Full compliance with documentation is required to start on time

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience required
• Accepts first-time travelers
• Current MRI Technologist licensure required if applicable
• Two supervisory references from managers or above required for consideration
