Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist experienced in MRI/MRA procedures for a transplant and stroke care setting with at least one year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a transplant facility and primary stroke center with a heavy MRI/MRA case load
- Schedule consists of 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- One weekend of call required every six weeks
- Position may require floating within facility and to outpatient locations within scope of practice
- Patient population is focused on transplant and stroke cases
- Holiday coverage required based on assignment period
- Travelers who have previously worked in Piedmont facilities as Perm/PRN must wait one full year before returning as travelers
- Travel pairs are not permitted to be assigned the same shift on the same unit
- No blocked scheduling allowed
- No RTO permitted during first week and maximum of 7 days RTO allowed
- Full compliance with documentation is required to start on time
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience required
- Accepts first-time travelers
- Current MRI Technologist licensure required if applicable
- Two supervisory references from managers or above required for consideration
