Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of MRI experience, ARRT (R)(MR), and NJ license required.

Responsibilities

• Work in an MRI department within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule with 4x12 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• Every 3rd weekend required, with 1 holiday per contract
• Potential to float to nearby facilities if needed
• No on-call required during assignment
• Equipment used includes GE MRI scanners and PACS for imaging
• First-time travelers are accepted for this position
• Scrub color requirement is black
• Applicants must provide requested time off (RTO) at the time of consideration
• Candidates within 50 miles may be considered local travelers

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
• Active NJ license required
• Current ARRT (R) (MR) and BLS certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Able to provide two professional references from supervisors within the past two years
