Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting, welcoming both new grads and first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Work in an outpatient therapy setting focused on orthopedic cases
• Day shifts with 8-hour assignments
• Typical caseload is 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Productivity expectation is 60 patient visits per week
• No floating to other clinics required
• No on-call or weekend shifts
• Main responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of outpatient orthopedic patients
• Expect to work up to 40 hours per week with a 36-hour minimum
• Double-booking may occur for follow-up patient visits
• Director approval required for any overtime hours
• Supportive team environment
• No floating between clinics
• Candidates local within 50 miles may qualify at a different rate

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
• Ability to manage a busy schedule and high patient volume
