Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a RN for a Labor & Delivery (Birth Center) position in Illinois with current IL RN license and BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.

Responsibilities

Work in the Birth Center unit within a hospital setting
Labor & Delivery patient population
Evening/night shifts from 17:00 to 05:30
13-week contract assignment
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
Must provide scanned copies of required certifications with visible expiration dates
License verification must be dated within 30 days of start
COVID vaccination card required for consideration
Local candidates are accepted in IL and other specified states under standard rate policies

Requirements

Active IL RN license required
Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
Current ACLS certification required
Current NRP certification required
AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certification preferred
