Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Breast Sonographer with ARDMS registration in Breast Sonography and experience with Epic charting for a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

Assignment is in a mammography unit focused on breast imaging
Work schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Uses Epic for EMR documentation
Patient population is primarily women undergoing breast imaging procedures
Support breast imaging procedures including breast ultrasound within a specialized team environment
Local candidates must live at least 60 miles from site; different pay may apply
Parking is not validated, and daily rates for public parking or transportation may apply
Timekeeping is managed via UKG/Kronos system
Two professional references are required for consideration

Requirements

Registered in Breast Sonography by ARDMS
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Breast Sonographer
Current BLS certification from AHA required
Must have active MA license if applicable; conditional licenses are not accepted
Experience with Epic charting system preferred
Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
