Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring a valid AZ or compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the recovery room (PACU) of a hospital setting
• Shift is 12.5 hours, 08:00 to 20:30
• This is a 13-week travel assignment
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Manage patient recovery and post-anesthesia care in the PACU
• Requested time off must be less than 1 week
• Thorough employment and credential history required for consideration

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required at the time of application
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PACU or recovery room nursing experience required
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Driver's license must be current and submitted for consideration
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of contract start
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
