Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2 years of outpatient experience and active BLS certification for a 13-week outpatient contract.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Standard contract for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active BLS certification
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Driver’s license and date of birth required
• At least one professional reference required for consideration, two for full submission

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
• Candidates must not currently work at or have worked for Tenet Health within the past 12 months
• Required certifications must be active at the time of consideration
• Full Social Security number preferred; last four digits acceptable if full SSN is not provided
