Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT (R)(CT) credentials and prior CT experience for an evening shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an imaging center setting with potential to float between locations in Gastonia and Belmont
• Performs CT and related diagnostic radiologic procedures demonstrating cross-sectional anatomy
• Equipment used includes Siemens Force scanner and GE HD 750 scanner
• Evening schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• On-call required two times per month
• May float between sites as needed
• May perform additional duties of a diagnostic radiologic technologist as needed
• No time off is permitted on holidays, including the day before and the day after the holiday

Requirements

• Active ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
• Prior CT experience required
• Competency in special imaging techniques and IV administration preferred
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred
• Ability and willingness to utilize AIDET customer service skills with all CT Imaging patients
• License required if applicable
