Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week ICU night shift assignment requiring a NH or compact RN license and NIH Stroke certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Adult intensive care patient population
• Provide critical care nursing to adult ICU patients
• All referenced certifications must be valid through the first 30 days of assignment
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required per hospital needs

Requirements

• Active NH or compact RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• References required (two for FL or MO licenses, one for other states)
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Must live more than 50 miles from facility; no local candidates accepted
