Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position in Colorado, requiring a CO or compact RN license and NIH Stroke certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on a medical floor
• Patient care involves progressive level monitoring and interventions
• Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RNs will provide specialized care for patients requiring higher acuity monitoring
• Reference requirement: At least one professional reference must be provided
• First time travelers are accepted unless otherwise noted
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on unit needs

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in PCU or relevant specialty
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must provide U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
