Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 9A-9P shift requiring a VA or compact RN license and at least five years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital Emergency Room setting
• Work schedule is 12-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Permanent address must be located more than 60 miles from the facility
• Employment elsewhere on a full-time basis is not permitted
• Candidate cannot be a current full-time employee at another facility
• No references are needed for consideration
• Nursys verification must show active licensure at the time of consideration

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of five years recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
