Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT/CT certification and BLS for a night shift assignment in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Work in a clinical CT unit performing diagnostic imaging
• 3x12 hour night shifts, Thursday through Saturday from 19:00 to 07:00
• Patient population includes infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Performs CT scans with and without contrast according to established protocols
• Local candidates considered with a 60-mile radius rule
• Responsible for CT acquisition, patient care during scans, and assistance with discharge
• Maintains safety standards and provides care appropriate to all age groups
• Assists with supply management and inventory in the CT unit
• Mandatory 8-hour modules completed during orientation
• Requested time off must be a maximum of 7 days and submitted with confirmation; no approval after confirmation
• Prior permanent employees are not eligible for travel assignments
• Schedule adjustments are not allowed once the contract is confirmed

Requirements

• Current ARRT/CT certification required
• Current BLS certification via AHA required
• Fit Test required prior to start
• License required if applicable
• Pending license accepted for consideration
