Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology X-Ray Technologist for a day shift assignment that includes on-call rotations and potential floating within the health system.

Responsibilities

• Work in a diagnostic X-ray setting within a hospital
• Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call required one week every 8 weeks, Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to midnight and weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• May be required to cover holidays
• May float to various locations within the health system
• Primary responsibilities include performing diagnostic X-ray procedures as scheduled
• Must adhere to department protocols and quality standards
• Locals within a 50-mile radius are not accepted for this position
• May be required to work holiday shifts depending on scheduling needs

Requirements

• Current Diagnostic X-Ray Tech credentials required
• Required years of experience as specified by the job description are firm
• Certification documents must be current and attached for consideration
• Two references from supervisors within the last three years of employment required
• License required if applicable
