Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 36-hour day shift position requiring ARRT (CT), MA state licensure, and GE CT scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital CT radiology unit
• Responsible for performing diagnostic CT procedures under the direction of the CT Manager and Clinical Lead
• Shifts are 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, including every other weekend
• Patient documentation completed using Epic and Visage EMR systems
• GE CT scanner experience is preferred
• May require floating or rotating shifts as needed
• Expected to perform CT scanning at a high level of proficiency and respond effectively to emergencies
• Must demonstrate strong communication, organization skills, and maintain a professional demeanor
• Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exemptions permitted
• Parking may incur additional costs, and validated parking is not available at some locations
• Scrub or dress code requirements will follow hospital policies
• Locals residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital will receive a reduced pay rate

Requirements

• Active ARRT (CT) certification is required
• Valid Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography required; conditional licenses not accepted
• 1 year of CT experience preferred but not required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Ability to administer IV and oral/GI contrast
• Proficiency in EMR documentation using Epic
• License required if applicable
