Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT CT certification and at least 2 years of experience to work night shifts with adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

  • Hospital-based CT Tech position working in a department with 8 rooms
  • Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
  • Typical patient ratio is 1 technologist to 2 patients
  • Uses GE, PAC, and Siemens equipment
  • Night shift schedule, 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends
  • Local and first-time travelers are accepted
  • Work primarily with adult and geriatric patients in a high-volume CT department
  • Orientation and training provided on department protocols and equipment
  • All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
  • Resume, full 7-year work history with all gaps explained, and completed skills checklist required for consideration

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience required
  • Current ARRT CT certification required
  • Experience with GE, PAC, and Siemens CT scanners required
  • Must provide two professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years
  • License required if applicable
  • Cannot have been employed by the client facilities within the last 12 months
