Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position requiring a ME or compact RN license and at least 2 years of ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is on the Emergency Department unit
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• 13-week assignment length
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius to other facilities as needed
• Local travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions
• No travel pairs or group submissions permitted
• Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should indicate this during consideration
• Provide emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a busy department

Requirements

• Active ME or compact RN license
• Minimum of 2 years Emergency Department RN experience
• Driver’s License required for consideration
• Submission of SSN and Date of Birth required
• Two employment references required
