Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract who holds current ARRT certification and a valid MA license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Ellison 2 MRI unit within a hospital setting
• Schedule includes 12-hour day and evening shifts with rotating weekend coverage
• Patient population includes both scheduled and emergent MRI studies
• Department uses Epic for charting
• Must be comfortable with rotating shifts including weekends
• Must provide proof of MA licensure prior to consideration
• Local candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for standard travel rates
• Parking is not validated and only public transportation or paid public lots are available
• Scrub or professional dress code as required by department policy

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification required
• Active MA license required if applicable; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
• BLS certification through AHA is required
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Flu vaccination is required with no exemptions permitted
