Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring a FL or compact RN license and recent OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Surgery department within a hospital setting
• Day shift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Operates within the Operating Room assisting with surgical procedures
• 13-week assignment
• Not accepting local candidates; must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing in the OR as required
• Standard surgical scrubs required
• Must provide copies of all certifications upon hire

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent OR nursing experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• Two professional references required for Florida
