Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a KY or compact RN license and at least one year of ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for a diverse population of critically ill patients
• Must provide care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
• First time travelers are welcome to apply
• Facility-specific forms and a skills checklist are required prior to starting
• No references required for consideration

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Minimum one year of ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (RQI certifications not accepted)
• Must provide Social Security number and date of birth for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• Cannot currently be employed full-time elsewhere
• Permanent home address must be more than 60 miles from the facility
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
