Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN with current NY license, BLS, PALS, NRP, and at least 2 years of recent NICU experience for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 12 hours each
Contract duration is 16 weeks with 36 hours per week
Requires 4 weekend shifts in each 4-week period
No blocked scheduling allowed
Required to document using Epic EMR
Any color scrubs may be worn
Local rate applies for candidates residing within a 50-mile radius
Responsibilities include providing care to critically ill neonates in a busy NICU environment
Holiday and weekend coverage as scheduled

Requirements

Active, clear NY RN license required
Certifications required: BLS, PALS, NRP
Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience required
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
