Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN with current NY license, BLS, PALS, NRP, and at least 2 years of recent NICU experience for a night shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
- Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 12 hours each
- Contract duration is 16 weeks with 36 hours per week
- Requires 4 weekend shifts in each 4-week period
- No blocked scheduling allowed
- Required to document using Epic EMR
- Any color scrubs may be worn
- Local rate applies for candidates residing within a 50-mile radius
- Responsibilities include providing care to critically ill neonates in a busy NICU environment
- Holiday and weekend coverage as scheduled
Requirements
- Active, clear NY RN license required
- Certifications required: BLS, PALS, NRP
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
