Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist experienced in home health for a day shift assignment in Solano County, CA.

Responsibilities

• Home health setting covering Solano County with potential territory expansion as needed
• Day shift schedule, working Saturday through Wednesday, totaling 40 hours per week
• Caseload and visit mix structured to average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
• Productivity requirement of 30 points per week based on visit types
• Uses Kinnser documentation system for all clinical notes and records
• iPad and Verizon One Talk phone provided for work use
• Mileage, parking, and tolls are reimbursed
• Option for company car with adjusted compensation
• Responsibilities include prioritizing start of care visits and supervising PTAs
• Mandatory next-day reporting for start of care visits and documentation due within 48 hours
• Regular communication expected with supervisor, intake team, and office staff
• Three days of initial training provided, including one in-house and two field days
• Productivity and overtime must be approved by the Clinical Supervisor

Requirements

• Valid California Physical Therapist (PT) license required if applicable
• Minimum of 1 year recent home health experience required
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Strong organizational and documentation skills required
• Must be generally responsive during business hours
