Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and experience working in a trauma setting.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital CT department within a Level 1 trauma environment
• Schedule is Saturday through Monday, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with 12-hour day shifts
• Department uses 3 scanners in the ECC, 2 for inpatient, and 1 on the neuro floor used overnight
• Patient population includes trauma, stroke, and burn cases
• GE scanners are used, including two with older platforms and five with the Revolution platform
• Charting is done in Epic EMR
• Work as part of a team typically staffed with 4 to 6 technologists
• Role involves scanning trauma, stroke, and burn patients in a fast-paced environment
• No call required for this position
• Scrub or dress code requirements are not specified

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Experience in trauma, stroke, and burn cases strongly preferred
• Proficiency with GE scanner platforms
• Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred
• License required if applicable
