Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist with 2+ years of specialty experience, ARRT (RT) certification, and strong OR/C-Arm skills.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital radiology department
• Primary responsibilities include OR support and routine X-rays
• Must have experience with OR procedures and C-Arm operation
• Cerner is used for EMR documentation
• 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• No call required
• No local candidates will be considered if residing within 50 miles of the facility
• Returning staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• Must request any needed time off up front; requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• Typically, scrubs are required
• Candidates will undergo a prescreen interview, and may have a secondary facility interview
• Badges require a photo upon offer acceptance
• First-time travelers are eligible for consideration

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in the specialty
• AHA BLS certification required
• ARRT (RT) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience with OR support and C-Arm procedures is mandatory
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
