Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with at least 2 years of specialty experience, bone density certification, and AHA BLS for an outpatient imaging role.
Responsibilities
- Multi-modality imaging outpatient center setting
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 8-hour shifts
- 13-week contract duration
- No on-call requirement
- Uses Cerner EMR system; experience required
- Bone density studies and additional modality work as needed
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered
- Returning staff must have a 2-year break before being eligible as travelers
- Bone density procedures are a key responsibility in this role
- All RTO must be requested up front; no time-off requests after offer
- References will be required during compliance process
- Scrub requirements are not specified
- First-time travelers not specified
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist in the specialty
- Current ARRT (RT) certification required
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Bone density certification and experience required
- Must have prior experience with Cerner EMR
- License required if applicable
