Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience for weekend night shifts at a teaching hospital.
Responsibilities
- Short-term acute care hospital setting with 536 staff beds
- Night shifts, working 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Weekend shifts required on Saturday
- No floating between units required for this position
- No on-call required
- Patient ratio is 1:1
- Epic EMR is used and experience with Epic is required
- Returning employees must have a separation of at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and may not live within 50 miles of the facility
- All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state if required by the system
- Minimal to no requested time off will be approved; time off requests must be discussed in advance
- Any color scrubs may be worn unless assigned to the OR or Cath Lab, where scrubs are provided
- No fee required for parking
- COVID and flu vaccination documentation required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent CT tech experience
- BLS and relevant CT certifications required
- Epic charting experience required
- Supervisory references from at least 2 managers covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required
- License required if applicable
