Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mobile MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, and Siemens MRI experience.

Responsibilities

Mobile MRI Tech position at a teaching hospital in a Magnet and Level 1 Trauma environment
Workload varies by day
4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday coverage required if scheduled shift falls on a holiday
Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required
Adult and adolescent patient population
Epic charting system is used; experience with Epic preferred
Siemens MRI equipment is utilized
First-time travelers will be considered
Past employees must have a minimum 1-year separation before returning as a traveler
All requested time off (RTO) must be declared up front; approval is based on unit needs
Radius rule applies; candidates within 60 miles considered local and may be offered at a different rate
Scrubs required: teal top and black bottom
Parking costs apply on nights and weekends, with a one-time $20 parking pass fee
Expect to complete online modules prior to start

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year MRI Tech experience
Current BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
Either ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
Siemens MRI experience required
Level 1 trauma experience preferred
SSN and driver’s license required for consideration
License required if applicable
