Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with 2+ years of recent GE CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification for an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an acute care hospital, Level 3 trauma center
• Role involves working in Diagnostic and Outpatient Pavilion Imaging Departments
• Work schedule is either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (4x10 hour shifts)
• On-call coverage may be required as needed
• Shift start times may be adjusted by up to 2 hours based on census and need
• Unit uses Allscripts EMR
• Responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic and CT images
• Must be able to work flexible hours and cover extra shifts as requested
• Primary responsibilities include performing diagnostic and CT imaging procedures for a diverse patient population
• Orientation consists of 8 hours at the start of assignment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• State license required if applicable
• Experience with GE CT equipment within the past 6 months is essential; Siemens experience preferred
• Ability to work in a Level 3 trauma environment
