Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of acute care experience and ARRT (CT) certification for evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care hospital setting on a Level 3 trauma unit
• Responsible for performing high quality diagnostic and CT images in the Diagnostic and Outpatient Pavilion Imaging Departments
• Shift schedule is four 10-hour evening shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
• GE and Siemens CT scanners are used, with recent GE experience required if not familiar with both
• Utilizes Allscripts EMR system
• On-call coverage may be required and extra shifts may be available
• May be asked to cover on-call shifts or adjust start times by up to 2 hours depending on census
• Team members are responsible for imaging in both Diagnostic and Outpatient Pavilion departments
• Orientation provided prior to starting assignment
• Evening shifts are required for this position

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care setting
• ARRT (CT) and BLS certification required
• State license required if applicable
• Recent experience with GE CT equipment within the past 6 months required if unfamiliar with Siemens
• Must be able to provide high quality diagnostic and CT imaging
