Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in a combined OB/GYN unit, requiring a NC or compact RN license and at least 2 years of recent L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a combined OB/GYN unit within a hospital setting
• Labor & Delivery patient population
• Shift is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week assignment
• Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
• Previous experience in a combined OB/GYN unit is preferred
• Cannot accept candidates who were recently employed with LifePoint as permanent staff
• Standard hospital dress code applies

Requirements

• Active RN license for NC or compact state required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery required
• Must not have been a permanent staff member at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be currently employed full time elsewhere
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination documentation required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
