Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift LTAC Med/Surg position in a long-term acute care setting, requiring a FL or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital on a chronic care unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Med/Surg patient population with chronic conditions
• Candidates cannot be currently employed in a permanent position with HealthTrust or related locations
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status
• Full US SSN and date of birth are required for consideration
• All certifications must be valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment
• Electronic timekeeping system use is required
• No Canadian SINs accepted

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent LTAC or Med/Surg RN experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; RCIS, RQI, and expired certifications not accepted
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
