Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Long Term Acute Care position requiring a FL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital setting
- Assigned to a chronic care unit working 07:00-19:00 day shifts
- 13-week contract assignment
- Floating may be required within a 25-mile radius
- Must not currently be employed in a permanent role within any location while on a travel assignment
- Required to clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system
- Candidates living within 50 miles are subject to local pay rates
- All hours offered and refused, call-ins, and floating are factored into contracted weekly hours
Requirements
- Active FL or compact RN license required at time of application
- Minimum of 2 years recent LTAC or specialty experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, with no upcoming expiration within 30 days of start
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Full US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted
