Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a day shift Long Term Acute Care position requiring a FL or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital setting
• Assigned to a chronic care unit working 07:00-19:00 day shifts
• 13-week contract assignment
• Floating may be required within a 25-mile radius
• Must not currently be employed in a permanent role within any location while on a travel assignment
• Required to clock in and out using the electronic timekeeping system
• Candidates living within 50 miles are subject to local pay rates
• All hours offered and refused, call-ins, and floating are factored into contracted weekly hours

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required at time of application
• Minimum of 2 years recent LTAC or specialty experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, with no upcoming expiration within 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Full US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• RCIS and RQI certifications are not accepted
