Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of recent CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a busy ER and stroke center environment.

Responsibilities

Work in a fast-paced emergency department and accredited stroke center
Perform numerous brain perfusion exams utilizing RapidAI software for ICH
Night shift with steady patient volume
Department utilizes Epic EMR, McKesson PACS, and Clario
After-hours radiology readings provided by Real Radiology
Responsibilities include performing advanced brain perfusion and CT imaging exams for acute stroke and ER patients
Work collaboratively within a high-volume radiology team
Must be comfortable using RapidAI and general CT equipment
Return-to-work policies may apply for previous employees within the last 12 months

Requirements

Minimum of 24 months current CT/Computed Tomography experience in a clinic or hospital setting
Active ARRT (CT) certification required
Valid Iowa radiology license required; must apply for license at acceptance if not currently licensed (license required if applicable)
Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
Driver's license required
Professional reference from a supervisor or manager within the past 2 years preferred
Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
