Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and at least one year of CT experience for a travel assignment spanning hospital and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Position covers both clinic and hospital locations
• Primary unit is CT Scan with varied patient populations
• Shifts include 8-hour weekdays, 12-hour weekend shifts every 5th weekend, and 16-hour call shifts every 17th weekend
• Potential for 8-hour shifts on holidays as needed to ensure coverage
• Must be available to work all assigned shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
• EPIC charting system is used
• Responsible for producing high quality CT images for physician interpretation according to established standards
• Must demonstrate competence with a variety of imaging equipment and safety guidelines
• Flexibility to staff multiple work locations, shift times, and lengths is required
• Teamwork and effective communication are integral to the role
• Holiday and on-call coverage are expected as part of the schedule

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• ARRT certification in Radiography required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (CT) preferred
• At least 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Active state license required if applicable
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Must be organized, efficient, and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• COVID vaccination and booster required
