Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a NY RN license and ACLS, BLS, NRP, and EFM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
• Day and night 12-hour rotating shifts (0700-1900 / 1900-0700) with a schedule of 3 shifts per week
• Weekend shifts required every other weekend
• 13-week contract assignment
• Epic EMR experience is preferred
• First time travelers are welcome to apply
• Team-based environment with support in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Candidates may be called off up to 3 shifts during a 13-week contract, with on-call in lieu of call-off also counting toward this limit

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and EFM
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
