Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience for a weekday day-shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting
• 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
• Shift hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Responsibilities include providing in-home rehabilitative therapy to diverse patient populations
• Applicants with previous employment at this facility are not eligible if within the local radius
• COVID and Flu documentation may be required
• First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of recent occupational therapy experience in a home health setting
• Certifications must be from the American Heart Association and valid through the first 30 days of assignment
• Must not reside within 65 miles of the facility (no local candidates)
• U.S. SSN required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
