Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down/DOU position with a current CA RN license and at least 2 years of recent experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital-based Step-Down/DOU unit
Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:00
Care provided to step-down level patients requiring close monitoring
Responsibilities include providing care to patients transitioning from critical care
Collaborate with the step-down team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years may be required

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a step-down or DOU unit
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
