Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position at a major hospital campus in Cleveland, OH, requiring at least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a large hospital setting
• Day/night rotating shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM), with scheduling subject to change based on operational needs
• Schedule is 3x12-hour shifts per week
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are administered during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required to proceed
• Must be available to work at least every other holiday
• Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location, and must wait a minimum of 6 months before starting another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
