Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of OT experience and a background in home health for a day shift, Monday–Friday contract position with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

Home health setting serving a primary care patient population
Day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes as part of a home-based primary care program
No local candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered

Requirements

Current, active OT license (license required if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Home health experience required
Current BLS certification required
Illinois state license required
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
