Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position in California, requiring a CA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital ICU setting
• Schedule is 3x12-hour shifts with variable shift times, including mid shifts (1200-0030) and night shifts (1900-0730)
• Weekend rotation is required
• On-call responsibilities are required
• Floating may be required based on hospital needs
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
• Former employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• 2 supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copies of all certifications required for consideration
