Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with active ARRT CT credentials and prior CT experience for a hospital-based position requiring Siemens and GE scanner proficiency.

Responsibilities

• 12-hour day shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• On-call required twice per month
• Floating between Gastonia and Belmont locations as needed
• Performs CT and related diagnostic radiologic procedures demonstrating cross-sectional anatomy
• Performs CT procedures and may also perform duties of a diagnostic radiologic technologist as needed
• AIDET customer service skills must be applied for all CT imaging patients
• No time off permitted on holidays, including the day before and the day after each holiday

Requirements

• Active ARRT registration with CT credential - R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT)
• Prior CT experience required
• Experience with Siemens Force and GE HD 750 scanners required
• Proficiency in special imaging techniques, IV competencies, and cross-sectional anatomy preferred
• License required if applicable
