Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with active ARRT CT credentials and experience on Siemens Force and GE HD 750 scanners for a travel contract position.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based CT department with potential float coverage between two campuses
• Performs CT imaging procedures demonstrating cross-sectional anatomy, with additional diagnostic radiologic technologist duties as needed
• 3x12 hour day shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• On-call required twice per month
• Floating between two facility locations as needed
• Performs CT and related procedures requiring professional judgment in the delivery of imaging services
• No time off permitted on holidays, including the day before and the day after each holiday

Requirements

• Active ARRT registration with CT credential — R.T.(R)(CT)(ARRT) required; license required if applicable
• Prior CT experience required
• Experience with Siemens Force and GE HD 750 scanners required
• Competency in special imaging techniques, IV placement, and cross-sectional anatomy preferred
• Must demonstrate AIDET customer service skills with all CT imaging patients
