Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift travel contract at a short-term acute care hospital in Indiana, with first-time travelers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Short-term acute care hospital setting with 174 staffed beds
• CT Scan department with 85+ employees
• Serves outpatient, inpatient, and ER patient populations; ER has 38 beds
• Preferred experience with neonatal, infant, and pediatric patient populations
• EMR: Cerner (required); PACS: Synapse
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
• Floating to sister/affiliate facilities is possible as needed
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates are accepted for Allied positions
• Candidates must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Up to 5 days of RTO may be auto-approved
• Former permanent or PRN employees of this facility must have a 12-month gap before applying as a traveler
• Parking is free on-site

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• ARRT(R) required; ARRT(CT) preferred
• Active Indiana or Compact radiology license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or RQI accepted)
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Graduation from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program required
