Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract featuring a 50/50 CT and X-Ray split in an evening shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based CT imaging department
• 50/50 split between CT scanning and general X-Ray
• 5x8-hour evening shifts, Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Call rotation required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same rate as travelers
• Candidates who are ARRT-certified in X-Ray and cross-trained in CT are eligible but may be considered at a different rate
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application
• Team-oriented candidates with a collaborative work style are strongly preferred

Requirements

• ARRT(CT) or ARRT in X-Ray with demonstrated proficiency and cross-training in CT
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) license required if applicable
• Strong, well-rounded imaging skills across CT and general radiography
• SSN, DOB, driver's license, skills checklist, resume, and two professional references required for consideration
