Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel assignment requiring a minimum of 3 years of OR experience, including scrub, with Level 1 or 2 trauma center background and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Hospital operating room setting with the possibility of floating to other OR units within the same health system
- Case types include General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastics
- Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts with 6:45 AM start times; occasional float to 8:45 AM or 10:45 AM starts
- Occasional float to night shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM), not to exceed 3 shifts per contract
- Weekend hours required on an as-needed basis
- On-call required, approximately 3 shifts per 8-week schedule period
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Active CO RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of OR experience required
- Minimum 2 years of scrub experience required
- Experience with General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastics case types required
- Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility may be subject to a different pay rate structure
