Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health travel assignment in the Downey, CA area, with Epic charting experience and availability for rotating weekends.

Details

• Home health setting covering the Downey, CA area
• Day shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Rotating weekend coverage required
• Daily mileage varies based on patient locations in the field
• Charting performed on a laptop using Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active California PT license required (license required if applicable)
• Epic EMR experience required
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending licensure is not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Field-based role requiring travel throughout the Downey area to visit patients at their homes
• Local candidates are welcome to apply
• Candidates who have previously worked for this facility may not exceed two cumulative years of assignment within any two-year period without a minimum 90-day break in service
