Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ED experience, night shift availability, and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Work setting is a hospital Emergency Department
- 12-hour night shifts, 7p-7a, 3 shifts per week
- Schedule varies within the night shift rotation
- 13-week contract
- No on-call requirements
- EMR system is Cerner
Requirements
- Active GA or compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Copies of AHA certifications (must not be expired) required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break from the facility before being eligible
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
