Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist II with 2+ years of experience and C-Arm fluoroscopy skills for a Pain Management clinic in South Weymouth, MA.
Details
- Outpatient pain management center located in South Weymouth, MA
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Procedures include diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy-guided pain management interventions using a C-Arm
- EMR: Epic (charting experience required)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- C-Arm fluoroscopy experience required
- Active MA Radiology Technologist license required at time of consideration — no pending licenses accepted
- BLS certification required (AHA-issued only)
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include determining appropriate radiographic technique based on anatomy and patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for diagnostic procedures, and recording digital images for radiologist interpretation
- May assist Radiology Technologist students and new staff with radiologic exams, sterile technique, and supply stocking
- Radiation protection and safety standards must be maintained at all times
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and subject to a reduced pay rate
- Time kept via UKG/Kronos
