Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience, including MRI safety, Breast MRI, MRI-guided biopsy, and implanted cardiac rhythm management device scanning.

Details

MRI department within a 250-bed acute care hospital
Equipment includes GE 450W MRI system
Epic EMR
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Call rotation required, including holiday rotation
Minimal float requirements
No weekend hours

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recent MRI experience with no gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
RT(MR)(ARRT) or ARRT certification required; license required if applicable
BLS/CPR certification required
Proficiency in MRI safety protocols, Breast MRI, MRI-guided biopsy, and implanted cardiac rhythm management device lookup and scanning
MRSO certification preferred
US SSN required

Additional Information

Perform a range of MRI procedures including breast MRI, MRI-guided biopsy, and scanning of patients with implanted cardiac rhythm management devices
Charcoal grey scrubs required
Free parking available at all facility entrances
Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are eligible to apply
